In 2006 Manning leased a wall case in the historic Kings Arcade in Armadale, Melbourne. Working in conjunction with a gallery and framer also in the arcade, direct sales could be made with a 10 % commission to that gallery. The Artcase also had a dedicated web site and a direct phone no for enquiries and sales to the artist.
There was a cafe on the corner with table and chairs set out below Artcase and the arcade was a shortcut through to the train station.
